Horizontal submersible pump is a water lifting machine with motor and pump directly connected and pump body submerged into water. It is suitable for extracting groundwater from deep wells and can also be used for water lifting projects such as rivers, reservoirs and canals: it is mainly used for irrigation of farmland and water for human and livestock in plateau mountainous areas, and can also be used for water supply and drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines and construction sites.
What is the wiring method of horizontal submersible pump? Take a look:
1. Strip the outer sheath and the main insulation layer of the horizontal submersible pump cable to expose the copper wire 35-40mm, trim the rubber near the core into a cone, polish the oxide layer on the core, and wipe the core and the insulation layer and sheath layer to be wrapped with alcohol (or hydrochloric acid) and let it dry naturally.
2. Joint
Power cable, PVC adhesive tape, self-adhesive butyl rubber tape, φ1mm copper wire, solder, lead-out cable.
3. Prepare 500w electric soldering iron, rosin, solder, lmm bare copper wire and insulating tape.
4. Uniformly tie the cable core with bare copper wire, heat and soak with electric soldering iron, and require uniform infiltration and soak. Repair the flat welded part with a file, and wipe the part to be bandaged with alcohol again and dry it.
5. First, use self-adhesive butyl tape to wrap three layers in half, and gradually extend to the outside of the core. When bandaging, the adhesive tape must be stretched by 200, and the outer layer shall be semi-laminated with polyvinyl chloride adhesive tape for three layers, and gradually extended outward to ensure that the bandaging part is not shorter than 200mm.
6. Three-core cable joints should be three joint positions in turn staggered a certain distance to prevent short circuit.
7. Wiring method when the lead-out cable is double lead cable:
1) Shake and measure the insulation resistance between the cable and the motor (when water is not added) after the cable is connected, and its value shall not be less than 150 megohm;
2) After the motor is filled with water, shake again to measure the insulation resistance of the motor winding, which shall not be less than 40 megohms;
